I have to admit, I haven't really been that homesick since being here. Somehow, beautiful amounts of cheap food, city lights, and of course cute babies have been keeping me occupied, as well as meeting all the cool people from NYU and elsewhere. I actually didn't even miss anything from America besides people.Until yesterday.
I saw this box of microwave popcorn in the Carrefour imports section yesterday and somehow green tea Pocky just wasn't enough. I don't know why this lowly box of popcorn made me so homesick, but it did. And now I own it, and I can look at it sitting in my cupboard whenever I so wish.
